Do you have a store front?
Not yet. Cimply Sweet is available for delivery only.

How far in advance do I have to order?
Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance

Do you ship?
Cimply Sweet does not ship. Local delivery is available.

Do all of your cupcakes contain nuts?
No, but it is not a nut free kitchen.

Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan cupcakes?
Yes we do a 24 hour advance notice is required,
minimum of 1 dozen with 1 flavor.

How long do your cupcakes stay fresh?
It is suggested that you consume within 24-48 hours
of purchase since we do not use any preservatives
in our product. If you do not plan to eat within that
time frame please freeze. Thaw to room temperature
when ready to eat. Do not refrigerate as this will dry
out the cupcakes.

Can I order any of your flavors?
Yes! You may choose from any of the flavors
available on our menu 24 hour notice is required.

Can I pay for my order upon delivery?
No. Payment is required when order is placed.

Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes. $20.00 within 25 mile radius, price increases
thereafter please contact us to inquire. Free within
30004 and 30005 zip code.

What if I am not available to receive my delivery?
Please make arrangements to have someone
available to receive order. If no one is available redelivery
charge will apply.

Do you bake in a nut-free kitchen?
Our kitchen is NOT a nut-free kitchen. If you have
severe food allergies please err on the side of
caution when eating our cupcakes
